Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Autade Agro, we strive to provide the highest quality agricultural services and products. Because our business involves living organisms and laboratory technical services, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the farmer and the company.

1. Nursery Products (Plants & Saplings)

Perishable Nature: Plants are living organisms. Once they leave our nursery and are accepted by the customer, they are subject to environmental conditions beyond our control (watering, sunlight, soil quality).

Returns: We do not accept returns on plants once they have been delivered in good condition.

Damage on Delivery: If you receive a plant that is visibly damaged or dead at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a credit note after verification.

Variations: Please note that natural variations in shape, size, and color are normal and do not qualify for a refund.

2. Soil Testing Services

Cancellations: You may cancel a soil testing request and receive a full refund only if the sample has not yet reached our lab or been processed.

Non-Refundable: Once the laboratory analysis has begun, we cannot offer a refund as chemical reagents and technical labor have already been utilized.

Inaccurate Samples: Autade Agro is not responsible for inaccurate reports resulting from poorly collected or contaminated samples provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Horticulture Consultancy

Rescheduling: You can reschedule a consultancy visit at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Completion: Refunds are not available for consultancy services once the site visit or the digital report has been delivered.

4. Refund Process

Approval: Once your refund request is inspected and approved, we will initiate the credit.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping Costs: For any physical goods returned (excluding plants), the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
